Kathmandu — The ‘Made in Nepal’ online fair has started on Saturday to promote and market the brands of goods and products produced in Nepal. The fair, organized by e-commerce company Order Now, and will run till April 20. 

Manoj Panthi, founder of Order Now, said that only domestically produced items will be displayed online at the fair. The fair features all kinds of home-produced consumer goods, agricultural products, products of women entrepreneurs and local industries, Nepali handicrafts, and Nepali clothes. 

So far, more than 35 entrepreneurs and their products have been added to the fair. The fair is currently being displayed on Order Now’s website and Facebook. You can watch the online fair by visiting the Made in Nepal column of the website. 

“The aim of the fair is to connect more than 50 entrepreneurs and their products,” said Panthi. 

The company informed that the process of connecting 15 more organizations is still going on.

The company says that consumers can also buy and sell their favorite services and goods through the fair. 

The founder of the company, Manoj Panthi, also said that they have created profiles on the websites of the entrepreneurs who have joined the fair and also provided digital knowledge on online platform usage and stock clearance.
